1. Scope of Services
International Rx, in partnership with AscendPBM, provides patient qualification and intake services only. We connect prospective patients with licensed healthcare providers and pharmacies who may offer GLP-1 treatment programs.
We do not:
- Provide medical treatment, diagnosis, or medical advice
- Prescribe medications
- Dispense or ship medications
- Establish a provider-patient relationship
All medical decisions, prescriptions, and medication fulfillment are handled by independent licensed healthcare providers and pharmacies.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our website and intake forms (the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.
3. User Obligations
By using our Services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information in intake forms
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Be a resident of the United States
- Not misrepresent your identity or health information
- Understand that submitting an intake form does not guarantee qualification or treatment
4. No Medical Relationship
Important: By using our Services, you acknowledge and agree that:
- We are not your healthcare provider
- Submitting an intake form does not create a provider-patient relationship with us
- We do not make medical decisions regarding your eligibility for treatment
- All medical decisions are made solely by licensed healthcare providers
- All prescriptions are issued by licensed prescribers and filled by licensed pharmacies
5. Qualification Process
Our role is limited to:
- Collecting your intake information
- Performing initial administrative review for program eligibility
- Forwarding qualified patient information to healthcare providers and pharmacies
Qualification through our intake process does not guarantee:
- Approval for treatment by a healthcare provider
- Issuance of a prescription
- Availability of medications
6. Third-Party Providers
Healthcare providers and pharmacies who may receive your information operate independently. They have their own:
- Terms of service
- Privacy policies
- HIPAA compliance obligations
- Medical and prescription policies
We are not responsible for the actions, decisions, or policies of these third-party providers.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, International Rx and AscendPBM:
- Disclaim all liability for medical decisions made by healthcare providers
- Disclaim all liability for prescriptions issued or medications dispensed by pharmacies
- Are not liable for treatment outcomes, side effects, or adverse events
- Are not liable for denial of treatment or prescription by any provider
- Disclaim all liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Limit total liability to the amount paid by you for our Services, if any
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that:
- You will qualify for any treatment program
- Any healthcare provider will accept you as a patient
- Any prescription will be issued or filled
- Our Services will be uninterrupted or error-free
9. Intellectual Property
All website content, including design, logos, and text, is the property of International Rx, AscendPBM, or their licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate access to our Services at any time, for any reason, without notice.
11. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with a new effective date. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
